    Eliminate the Performance Appraisals so you don’t de-motivate everyone, while saving your company time and money. Your chance of changing someone from a C to a B or B to an A is remote anyways.

    This is so true. They changed it to this at my last job and I was basically told, “hey, even thought you’re like a 90’s guy, I can’t give you all perfects.” And the two sluff’s that I always covered for, we all got the same score.
