    I couldn’t agree with you more Glenn. When I began in my job, I had no experience and very little education beyond a high school diploma. Fortunately, I had the ability to progress in my company with on the job training and a few accounting classes along the way. I haven’t seen an employee do that in my office in the last 10 years because the computer systems have dummied it up so much that they never really learn what the big picture is all about. Basically, they are only performing tasks by rote.

    Hi Glenn,
    First of all ‘thank you’ for all those newsletters – I’ve always enjoyed them and your common sense? As for the GPS comment – that’s me in a nutshell – I don’t use mine any more as it’s led me astray many times – and sometimes I let it do it for the fun of seeing where it takes me? One time, talk about panic when I saw the sign ‘last stop before the Mexican Border’ and had to hurriedly exit – lol!
