  1. Bob Spletzer Says:

Our founder, Wally Bronner, went to his heavenly home 6 years ago. He was known and respected throughout the US and especially in the Christmas industry, He started his business in his parent’s basement as a teenager and grew it into the world’s largest CHRISTmas store, Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth MI.

I often tell people that he was one of the finest Christian gentleman that i had ever met. But he was also an inspiring leader and visionary. His personality and caring for each of the thousands of staff who have worked here over the years influenced even more to apply for positions because they had heard about the working “atmosphere” he had created in his business. So as you say Glenn, great leaders attract great team members and I was fortunate enough to work with what I consider “one of the best”.

So I strongly agree with your thoughts about great leaders.

Thanks for your great articles and keep up the good work!

Glenn, Wonderful column. I can’t wait for the continuation. I also loved your answer to the earbud situation. Sincerely, Nancy Shafer, D.V.M.
